Earth Bonding is a creative response to the challenges we face as individuals and as a collective. Through an embodied exploration of self in relationship to earth, we will make contact with the energy of Summer and lean into our relationship to aliveness through the playful expression of earth’s dance.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Introduction to Eco-Therapy Foundations
• 3 hours of facilitated eco-somatic exploration: make contact with the seasonal energy of Summer through  movement, rhythm, tone, breath patterns, and new ways of relating to your body and to others.
• Techniques and approaches to engage and deepen intimacy with self and earth.
• Exercises that foster regulation, aliveness and bodyful presence.
• Individual and group experiences that awaken sensual perception.
• Learn to be an observer and experience the more-than-human world using your senses, just as your ancestors once did.
