About the Program
This six-week journey is all about awakening our inner wisdom by exploring embodiment narratives that challenge main “stream” ways of being and moving. We will draw upon the metaphor of water to guide us in reclaiming personal agency over the ways in which life expresses and flows through us.
Wisdom is the the ground of our being, yet under the pressures of modern day life, we can often feel so far from a sense of inner knowing and trust in the unfolding. We want to live our best lives, to live each day on purpose, and to feel like we belong exactly where we are... so how do we navigate these collective waters and find our way to natural flow?
In this session of Solidarity Circle, we will explore embodiment practices centered around the 6 P's (Pausing, Pacing, Play, Pleasure, Presence, and Prayer), listen deeply to the wisdom of our felt experience, and nurture soulful dimensions of your life that you may often neglect in the business of day-to-day living.
Inner wisdom is learning to trust yourself. It's learning the language of your soul as expressed through your body and aliveness. It's learning about what thriving looks and feels like for you and practicing that. You know what you need, and you know how to best meet those needs outside of all the external noise.
