Community Care Day is for folks who live locally and who want to build relationships of mutual care. We are a volunteer-led community of people who are eager to show up as good neighbors to meet the needs of our community in an effort to create a more beautiful, just and equitable society.

About the Program
For this Community Care Day we will be meeting at The Garden at Spring Forest in Hillsborough. The Garden at Spring Forest is an interfaith community garden that especially welcomes and supports the cultural adjustment of new, global neighbors who come to the United States as immigrants. We'll see what help is needed that day, and can give more details closer to the date, but you can bet that we'll be doing a combination of any of the following things:
- Seeding
- Planting
- Harvesting
- Trail maintenance
- Other random projects
Be sure to...
- Wear weather appropriate clothing and close-toed shoes
- Bring sunscreen, water, snacks, and anything else you might need to ensure you get your needs met
